Semi-dry Cider flavored with Blueberry. Balanced with a slightly tart finish. 6.5% ABV.
Semi-sweet Cider flavored with Strawberry. A vibrant, fruity Cider with notes of Apricot on the backend. 6.7% ABV.

Dry Cyser (cider with mead), fermented with Raspberries, Rose and Hibiscus. 7.1% ABV.
Our Owner's Grandfather's Traditional Recipe. Made with Raisins and 16 different varieties of Apples. 11.5% ABV.
Our Traditional Scrumpy recipe, aged in spent Whiskey Barrels for a refined, oaky finish. 13% ABV.
Dry Apple Wine fermented with Brown Sugar, aged for one year in Virgin White Oak Barrels. 14.4% ABV.
Wild Honey Session Mead. Local, single-hive honey; local hive pollinated on Cranberry fields. Tart and crisp, with mild sweetness. 6% ABV.
*Seasonal Availability* Mead with Strawberry and Szechuan Peppercorns. Strong hint of Mint and a warm, tingly finish. 9.5% ABV.
*Seasonal Availability* Mead with Orange Blossom Honey. Aged in Cherry Wood spent Whiskey Barrels, infused with Free-trade Honduran Coffee and Madagascar Vanilla. 9% ABV.
